Real estate broker sells for $1.075 million on Hermitage

Kevin and Nancy Tassone sold a four-bedroom, 4.1 bath townhome in Columbia Place in Lake View at 2857 N. Hermitage for $1.075 million to Geoff Alexander and Lori Armon on July 24.
